attended two half-day dry training sessions on sarbanes-oxley (act of 2002, section 404 specifically) presented by a PWC auditor. basically it's the whole of IT dept sitting in the board room with one trainer talking monotonously for 3 hrs nonstop. I kept myself awake by watching how others are sleeping peacefully like nobody's business, or struggling to keep their eyes open.. sms helped, too.. =)
