3/4 of the office hours passed smoothly, with no unresolvable issue. played the table soccer game (aka fussball) again after lunch. was already looking forward to 5.45 pm when my phone rang on 4pm - unresolvable issue *sigh*.. stayed back till 7.30 with no significant improvement. worse still, there'll be nobody to help on monday, and the user was already super jumpy.

anyways.. must do my assignments now. issues should wait.
