had a late lunch at seasons reasons @ raffles city basement. the decor is simple but nicely done, with small white bird cages, lenterns, plastic leaves and small chandeliers hanging onto the ceilings. tried their grilled salmon and fish n chips; autumn passion and orange spice for the drink. no complaints about the food, they're nice but not spectacular either.
