Talked to one GSC support analyst today who proudly told me she knows no other customer had encountered the same issue as us, and she was absolutely sure about it because she's the only one supporting GP for ALL O***** customers.
I could only say wow.
So how could I have many different analysts assigned to my GP SRs for the past years? I have so many SRs sometimes I couldn't even recall the issue.
