had an early dinner at cornerstone restaurant. located at bishan park, it had a nice atmosphere especially in early evening. it's a cozy place with both indoor and outdoor dining area. as the weather was great, the outdoor area was more popular today. we tried their salmon steak that came with aglio olio and salad, bbq chicken that came with mashed potato and salad, as well as buffalo wings and hokkaido grilled squid for starters. we're impressed with the salmon steak, it's the melt-in-your-mouth kind of salmon, with the right amount of herbs and spices. the bbq chicken was good too. the grilled squid was presented well with a slice of lemon - it tasted right too.
