quite surprised to receive a one line email from the manager today, saying happy valentine :) sempet-sempetnya, gitu loh..

initially wanted to try astons specialties, but the long, unmoving queue was a total turn off. ended up at mel's place, a cozy outdoor bistro with some greenery amidst the hustle and bustle of east coast road. their food is just so-so, but the ambience is definitely nice. too bad I didn't bring the proper camera today.
