happy leap-year day! (if there's such thing..)

let me share with you my "mentos moment"..
I have this pair of anna nucci black shoes. they came with 2cm heels (the pair with heels cost $3 more than the flat one). when I wore them for the second time, the sole of the left side came off. I still wore them, and the left side's heel started to shorten bit by bit until it became flat. but the right side's heel was still intact!

it's such a waste since this pair is really comfortable, despite the different height of the heels. so I had the right heels sawed. now they're of the same height - flat pump shoes :)

if only all heels were made without nails, I would've had more "mentos moments".
