Encore Trip to Malacca

Went for encore trip to Malacca, the 5 of us in a car. This time round we left home quite late at 8.30am, and again queued for a while at Tuas checkpoint. Made a lunchtime stop at Yong Peng for Yuan Yean fishballs and KFC chicken. Then finally reached Courtyard @ Heeren hotel at 2.15pm.

The hotel was as lovely as we remember it. Except that this time we noticed some noisy occupants at the second level. And mosquitoes were aplenty in both reception area and breakfast area. Maybe it's time to try other hotels in the vicinity.

For 2D1N trip, the highlight was of course the food and Jonker Street night market. We did more shopping this time, but skipped the sightseeing. Instead we went to Mahkota Parade for Nadeje's mille crepe cakes and also The Shore for its oceanarium.
