Managed to arrange a last-minute double date this evening with our friends.. I suggested to have dinner at kookaburra restaurant, albert court village. Not that I missed Australian fare so much, but because of its raving reviews and its being in my list of restaurant to check out. Got their address, phone number and even reviews online. Decided not to call for reservation as it's a weekday.
Guess what? The restaurant is no longer there! -_-" Totally gone, replaced by another eatery.
And so we're 'lost' in the vicinity, having nowhere else in mind to go to. Finally we walked for a bit to Bugis Junction. Chose the Japanese restaurant Kazokutei for our dinner and then TCC for desserts.
Decided to call it a night only when the cafe was about to close at 10pm.. *burp.. sugar overload!*
